Locked and Loaded for 2020

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (October 11, 2019) -- Defensive back Curtis Chatmon was a big piece of the defensive pie in 2019 when the Inglewood Blackhawks finished 14-0 and won the LDFL championship. This year he will be looked upon to help lead a strong defense as the Blackhawks make an attempt to go back to back. Chatmon who originally came to Inglewood to play wide receiver switched over to the defensive side of the ball to add depth to the Blackhawk secondary. While there he made a splash covering slot receivers most of the time and adding speed in the nickel and dime packages. "If Chatmon continues to play like he did last season he will be in the running for honors in the LDFL at the end of the season" stated Blackhawk defensive coordinator Stephon Ross. Chat has the perfect team first attitude and it translates to the field and can easily be seen. This is Chatmon's second go round with the Blackhawks as he was part of the 2010 and 2011 championship teams as a wide receiver. Follow the Blackhawks on Twitter @Da_Blackhawks.
