Hollins returns to Blackhawks after Arena Season in Washington

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (June 22, 2011) -- Quarterback Devin Hollins has returned from his season of Arena Football with the Wenatchee Venom of the IFL and looks poised and ready to lead the Blackhawks to another LCFL Championship in 2011.  Hollins who was voted by Minor League Football News at the #1 quarterback in the nation last year, is excited about returning home to his Blackhawk teammates.  "I love the fast pace arena game, but there was nothing better than winning the LCFL Championship with my guys in Inglewood", stated Hollins.  Hollins is no stranger to the limelight as he played college ball for the Wisconsin Badgers before transfering to Arkansas State.  In high school, Hollins was a star at Crenshaw High School where he led a strong Cougar team to Championship games.  Last year was only Hollins second year on this level and both years he put up great numbers.  But in 2011, he set himself apart from the pack with the best quarterback rating in the United States.  At press time, Hollins recently just signed a two week contract with the Stockton Wolves to finish out their season.  He'll be back the 4th of July weekend to resume oractices with the Blackhawks.  "There's alot of opportunity when playing for the Blackhawks and I'm taking full advantages of it", stated Hollins.
